Working during the Covid19 first lockdown in the butchery/seafood department with 2 butchers and becoming an ‘essential’ worker during these challenging time. Production of all meat and fine goods for the shop, supporting the team implementing a simplified ordering system and serving customers daily, advising them how to cook and enjoy the high quality meat and seafood.
