What did we do?
Celine was the Hospitality and Tourism expert working closely with her team to achieve the highest standards of customer care and satisfaction. Managing rosters, workflows, setting new standards, working within the team, all administration and reservations, costing and cost control, as well as managing events on a day-to-day basis and staff training. Managing the POS and booking systems.
Peter was the dedicated Operations, Sales, and Food and Beverage Manager with a proven track record in maximizing sales and enhancing customer satisfaction. Skilled in overseeing food and beverage production and sales, including dairy products, meats, fine goods, and the worlds first award-winning camel milk vodka.
Committed to providing exceptional customer care on the farm and to retail and restaurant clients. Strong ability to manage diverse teams and streamline operations for optimal efficiency.
Interstate and International logistics were another area of involvement, working with transport companies and customers, to ensure safe and timely deliveries.
Organising, managing, and operating larger events and customer liaison during busy weekends.
And of course, in our free time, we spent a lot of time with our camels here on the farm. Learning about their behaviour, nature, and training. Enjoying the fruits of our work, including the cheeses, fine goods, skincare, milk, and sometimes a little taste our famous vodka.
