My time in the restaurant business has been filled with challenges, but I've never lost my passion for making things special.
I studied in France and now live in Australia, where I've been able to refine my experiences and expend my knowledge.

Something about me!
I was born in Dijon, France.
I studied Hospitality at a hospitality school for 8 years while I worked at different restaurants, catering companies, supermarkets to support my study.
After graduating, I got my first job in a 3 stars Michelin restaurant & 5 stars hotel establishment ( Relais Bernard Loiseau ) where I just passed my final exam.
They gave me a job at the end of my audition !!
I proudly worked there for a year and decided to travel!
Australia was supposed to be the first stop but I never left..
